Hefei Connect Job Advertising Agreement

This Online Job Advertising Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Hefei Connect ("Company") and the Client ("You") for the purpose of posting and promoting job opportunities. By clicking "I Acknowledge," you agree to the terms outlined below.

本在线招聘广告协议（“协议”）由合肥连线公司（“公司”）与客户（“您”）签订，旨在发布和推广招聘信息。点击“我已阅读并同意”即表示您同意以下条款。

1. Services Provided / 提供服务

Hefei Connect will advertise job openings submitted by the Client to potential candidates. Job advertising is free. Payment is due only after the Client identifies a suitable candidate.

合肥连线将向潜在候选人发布客户提供的招聘信息。发布招聘信息免费。仅在客户确认合适候选人后才需付款。

2. Client Responsibilities / 客户责任

Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements. / 提供准确的职位描述和要求。
Ensure all legal and employment-related obligations are met. / 确保满足所有法律及雇佣相关义务。
Communicate promptly with potential candidates as necessary. / 必要时及时与潜在候选人沟通。

3. Payment Terms / 付款条款

Part-time job placement: 500 RMB per candidate. / 兼职职位：每位候选人500元人民币。
Full-time job placement: 3,000 RMB per candidate. / 全职职位：每位候选人3000元人民币。
Payment must be completed within 7 days of confirming the candidate. / 确认候选人后7天内完成付款。

4. Confidentiality / 保密条款

All candidate information and Company processes must be kept confidential and not shared with any third party.

所有候选人信息及公司流程必须保密，不得与任何第三方分享。

5. Termination / 协议终止

Hefei Connect reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client violates any of the above terms or fails to make payment for approved candidates.

如客户违反上述条款或未对确认的候选人付款，合肥连线有权终止本协议。

6. Acknowledgment / 确认

By clicking "I Acknowledge / 我已阅读并同意," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
